FREE DELIVERY OF C.O.D. PURCHASES: The owner of BLACK BELT GOALS INC. will accept and
personally deliver, C.O.D., GOAL BANDS GAME orders of 50 or more units to the
following N.Y.S. addresses : Manhattan, Bronx, Westchester, Putnam, Duchess,
Orange and Columbia counties and in Connecticut: Fairfield and Litchfield

100% financial remittances and 100% product exchanges (at the customers discretion) are made on all items returned to BLACK BELT GOALS INC., provided the items are returned:
(1) In the original packaging
(2) In original (unused) condition
(3) With a true copy of the original purchase order or receipt
(4) Within 30 days of purchasing said item(s).
Returns are not accepted if any of the above conditions, entitled 1, 2, 3, 4, are not met. All judgements relating to condition of returned items will be determined, upon inspection, by BLACK BELT GOALS INC. and are final and binding.
Shipping charges will be remitted to the customer on the following basis:
Full shipping (both ways) fees, will be payed by BLACK BELT GOALS INC., for all items returned or exchanged, because of order fullfillment error on the part of BLACK BELT GOALS INC., provided all of the conditions pertaining to remittances and exchanges, cited above, entitled 1, 2, 3, 4, are met.
